The Bengal Women's Association was established with a clear mission: to address the multifaceted challenges faced by women and create pathways for their empowerment. Over the years, we have built a robust framework centered on four core pillars:
1. Women's Development:
- Vocational Training Programs: We offer a diverse range of vocational training courses, from tailoring and handicrafts to modern IT skills, enabling women to become self-reliant and secure employment in various industries.
